Details of works are as follows:

1. Receiving, testing and supporting users

• Receive, test and support requests for instructions on using functions on the application
• Receive, check and guide users in looking up data on application functions

• Receive, analyze, check and support requests for application inaccessibility due to system / database / transmission errors.
• Check the results of application upgrades, fix errors related to the system / database / transmission line

2. Make reports and documents to handle common situations

• Prepare reports related to the support work
• Develop documentation to handle common situations

3. Build tools / commands to exploit data in form that is not available on application functions

• Receive, analyze and build data mining tools or commands

4. Cross-check data between applications

• Generate periodic reports based on tools / commands available
• Check, support data reporting and cross-check on applications
